Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

Contact us immediately within 3 days if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you you’ve received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP
Any complaints after 3 days of reception will not be considered as a defect from our side.
If the defect is from our side, we’ll pay for everything including shipping and exchange fees, but if not, the customer should take full responsibility for exchange fees.
No exchange / No Return/ No alteration requests after placing an order. If you change your mind about your order, you can always place a new one.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via AJEX or SMSA (for GCC) or EMX (for international countries)
GCC shipping rates: depends on the weight of the shipment. Shipping rates start from 40AED for the first kg, and 10AED is added per extra kg.
International shipping rates: weight rating varies from a country to another. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping rates to your country .
Orders are shipped within 2-3 days after placing your order, and take 2-7 business days to be delivered to GCC countries. It takes 7-14 business days to be delivered to international countries.
Cube Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
