Local Shipping (UAE)
- Contact us immediately within 3 days if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Any complaints after 3 days of reception will not be considered as a defect from our side.
- If the defect is from our side, we’ll pay for everything including shipping and exchange fees, but if not, the customer should take full responsibility for exchange fees.
- No exchange / No Return/ No alteration requests after placing an order. If you change your mind about your order, you can always place a new one.
- If you placed and order then changed your mind and want to cancel it, we will have to deduct 4.5% of the total amount, as it is automatically charged by our payment provider when placing an order online.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via AJEX or EMX
- International shipping price depends on the weight of the shipment. Shipping rates start from 40AED for the first kg, and 10AED is added per extra kg (your order weight will be calculated automatically by the system).
- Orders are shipped within 2-3 days after placing your order, and take 2-5 business days to be delivered to all countries.
- Cube Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
